I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients are highly self-aware and motivated to grow, but sometimes feel stuck or disconnected from themselves. Whether you’re adjusting to change, managing stress, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I offer a supportive space to help you find clarity and resilience.
I take a holistic, client-led approach — meaning we move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. While I work on my licensure hours (LMHC in MA), I am working at Life Centered Therapy and under their guidance and supervision. My style is warm and approachable, with room for humor and lightness when it feels right, while also being direct when it's helpful. I can recognize the sensitivity to attending therapy and give my clients the utmost respect during every session. I draw on somatic therapy, Life Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic perspectives, and creative practices to tailor sessions that support both mind and body.
I grew up in Southern California as the oldest of three siblings and moved to Boston over 13 years ago, which now feels like home. My first career was in film production, but over time I realized I wanted to bring my creativity into a different kind of work — one that centered on connection and healing.
Outside of sessions, you'll usually find me reading, making art, or trying something new. I love traveling and being social, but I'm also pretty introverted at heart — I recharge with quiet time and a good cold brew coffee. At home, I share life with my partner and our puppy, Kendrick, who keeps me grounded and brings a lot of joy into my days.
