I see therapy as a collaborative journey toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and connection. Each person carries a unique story, and healing begins in the safety of being truly seen and heard. Because the mind and body are deeply interconnected, I integrate both in our work together — exploring thoughts and feelings while also paying attention to what your body is holding.
As a holistic, trauma-informed therapist, I draw on somatic therapy, creative expression, and evidence-based approaches to help you build awareness, release tension, and reconnect with your authentic self. We might use grounding practices, breathwork, guided imagery, or gentle movement alongside talk therapy to support both your emotional and physical well-being.
I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to offer presence, perspective, and tools to help you navigate challenges, discover new insights, and feel more grounded, connected, and free — both in and out of sessions.
